I'm pretty sure every fbo in the country that fuels gov't aircraft has some kind of a contract with the govt. The guys from vance come in to okc all the time and they are on a contract price that is bid every so often. They don't pay all the taxes lumped in the the price of fuel.
Eh, it didn’t work on something I was trying to read awhile back (LA times or NY times or whatnot) so I haven’t used it in awhile.
