I just can't wrap my head around why Democrats continue to not hold illegals accountable for the crimes they commit.
White Knighting for terrorist and criminal illegals is not a good look for you Dan. This pedophile illegal has ben arrested, prosecuted and convicted of numerous crimes and yet leftist judicial activist refuse to hold him accountable. My question is simple, why do leftists continue to refuse to enforce our laws and put innocent Americans at risk?
Look, I don’t know if he was guilty as charged; neither do you. But when the state brings charges it has to prove its case. That’s the way it works. If it can’t prove its case the man goes free. Defending the rule of law is not white knighting for a terrorist.
I did not ignore any facts. The article points out the man’s previous convictions and jail sentences from a couple of years ago. It does not say whether he served his time for those convictions. Per the article as I read it these latest charges were dropped. It doesn’t say why they were dropped, but considering the earlier charges were not dropped it is reasonable to suspect the latest charges were dropped because the state attorney didn’t think he could make his case. Why else would the state press the charges two-three years ago but not this time? There is no explanation why he wasn’t sent back to Honduras when it was so ordered. Virginia is not a “leftist-controlled” state. If we are to convict a person without a hearing what’s the point in having a hearing process?

Yes Dan you have. First this sicko is an illegal, second he has been convicted of numerous crimes, third on June 7, 2024, a DOJ immigration judge in Annandale ordered Baquedano-Rodriguez removed from the United States to Honduras . Why is an illegal, who has been convicted of crimes and been ordered removed by an immigration judge, released by leftist judicial activist judges back into our communities?

You're right on all accounts. By all appearances the guy is a sicko. He is in the country illegally and had been ordered to be returned to Honduras. The article gives no explanation as to why he was not deported. Any reason why on our part is nothing but speculation. From my reading of the article, it seems the state dropped its case this time around, and it was not a leftist judicial activist judge that let him go.
