Oklahoma State was listed as one of the top 75 college sports programs in the nation, according to athletics valuations released Thursday by CNBC.
The rankings were limited to schools that participate in the NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) because it “tends to attract top players" and excluded military academies.
The top of the list is dominated by teams from the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and Big Ten Conference, which have massive media rights deals.
The Big 12 as a whole is valued at $6.7 billion, according to the report.
