I am not taking Holder's side. He obviously screwed this up royally by not making his employees feel valued.
But I judged BU incorrectly. He always seemed like a stand up guy. He has the right to work in a place he feels valued and fairly compensated, but I am disgusted by his lack of concern for the young men that busted their ass for him this year and bought in to everything he said.
He should have told Illinois I need 24 hours to go look my players in the eyes and tell them I am leaving. They deserve that.
