Seems like we are in a very different spot than this time last year
1) no Ford buy out
2) we had more asses in the seats this year, so had to be better revenue
3) we didn't pay Underwood jack shit for the year he was here
4) we are getting $3 million from Illinois
Shouldn't it stand to reason the we could make a competive offer to somebody and still be fiscally responsible?
