What’s the worst fake news prediction this century?

Russia collusion by far.
Hillary winning did have backing by almost every statistal polling information. Understandable why reporting would be wrong. Saddam’s WMD was an intelligence error and understandable why reporting would be wrong.
But any independent thinker should have had a lot of doubt as to how Trump colluded with Russia to win an election. It was a near complete waste of time and money. Almost all reporting by msm has been completely wrong and there were not facts to back up their reporting — it was just biased.
CNN has to be salivating for the next election should gain steam because their ratings are going to tank over the next several months. CNN and the leftist media has been spoon feeding weird theories to viewers and hopefully now, at least some, will realize CNN is truly fake news.

CNN is an editorial board controlled by the lib think tanks. They no longer hide they are spewing opinion 99% of the time, but our lib educated adults now believe opinion and optics is facts. Half of our public has had a lobotomy and do not even realize it, they even enjoy it and lobotomize their off-spring.
The media calling anyone thinking of voting for Trump a White Supremacists was the reason the polls were wrong. It's entirely their fault.
Your answer is a big reason I'm Republican. We can admit that the WMD issue was a political screw up and call out our own, unlike the left who plays the lap dog.
I'm torn between 1 and 3 since they were absolute and politically manufactured. Had Hillary won there would be a three way tie.

And none of these are predictions, they are all narratives intended to achieve a desired outcome the media wants.
Here’s one corporate media figure after another, confidently predicting a Hillary landslide victory.
Many of them are on record predicting Mueller would find collusion — “it’s the beginning of the end” of Trump.
Pretty sure we could find records of many of them talking about how easy it would be to get Saddams WMDs.
