I can't imagine any scenario where he'd be banned here. He might need to just log directly into this site. Any valid rivals account can log in.

AT&T is burying fiber optic cable all about the Greater Waco metropolitan area. I hope they come to my neighborhood. Oldest grandson had AT&T fiber to the house in Little Rock and New Orleans for internet. Big, big fan.
Grandson now lives in Waco. He works remote. His wife got the GM mid-Dallas south gig. Waco is in in the middle of her geographical area. Both of us have Grande and Charter cable in our front yards so we have very reasonable rates. AT&T internet makes rates better. Competition.
