This is way too early, but I wanted to take a look at how our team was performing according to some of the info @OSU_Sports_Nut posted in https://oklahomastate.forums.rivals...-analytics-data-comparison.40407/#post-589266 (this thread). All of the stats that I got were from https://www.teamrankings.com/.
- Assist to Turnover - 219
- This isn't much of a surprise and HCBU was upset about this after the game.
- FG % - 77 (also
- With one game game this doesn't mean too much (2% improvement puts us at 60 & 2% decline would rank us around 110)
- eFG % - 93
- I've added this just because I'm interested in adding the 3 pt shot to this equation as it seems to be gaining importance in college (again, small changes to this percentage would cause a significant change)
- Rebound Rate (percentage of all rebounds) - 23
- This is great news, I think everyone has been frustrated with OSU rebounding the past few years, and even though it was only one game it feels like its one game more than we would have had without HCBU
- Scoring Margin - 12
