If I understood correctly it sounds like what this economist wants Trump to do is back away from his 90 day deadline demanding the world line up to kiss his ass (Trump’s words) and essentially push it back to a year. Trump is one of those narcissists who needs to have his ego massaged 24/7. I think what the economist is doing is stroking DJT’s ego when he says maybe he was wrong and Trump is right while simultaneously luring him into backing away from his insane trade demands before the economy tanks.
