The list of things Joe Biden/Obama have done and the list of things our enemies would want done is amazingly similar.
God damm almighty I can't stop laughing. As disturbing as it is.
These statistics sort of surprise me but in a good way. Hopefully, people are waking up. Could you imagine serving in the woke nightmare that is the U.S. armed forces?
I picture our troops being bombed down and some woke general screaming let’s practice our racial equity and inclusion training.
Yeah…I’m sure a picture of a couple lesbians is triggering a problem in military recruiting lol.
It couldn’t possibly be the absurd amount of homeless vets struggling on the street…or the lack of proper medical/psychiatric care post-combat…or the empty promises of an education…et cetera.

Simple solution: reinstate the draft.
I was thinking today that we should have mandatory 2 years military service for all citizens.
Everyone must learn firearm safety and competence and actual service would look more like reservist service with some training but mostly administrative roles.
No assignments to positions in harm’s way unless they want them. I think if everyone had to do it the attitude towards guns and the military in general would look quite different.
If Israel can do it we could.

Our military is so good because it is an all-volunteer force. The problem here is that our own government has made service look so bad, that those who would want to do it don't want to put up with bs. Those who want to serve in the military don't like woke crap. They want to train to fight and win wars, not to ask which pronoun I have to call you today. The purpose of the military is to break things. The purpose of today's military is one big social experiment. Let's hope we don't need a military like WWI and WWII any time soon. You can Band-Aid it by trying to get the best of those who want to serve in the AF and Navy. They are front lines today.
While wokeism is certainly part of the narrative, lets not lose the fact that today's generation of 17-24 year olds isn't really interested in anything that would resemble real work (another side effect of wokeism I believe). Most labor level and technical skill jobs, which the armed forces would certainly qualify, are understaffed 5-15%. So its not surprising to see the military struggling with hiring.
Israel is a country with a singular culture of whom the vast majority of the country support and believe in. America lacks that.

A son of one of my very good friends wanted to go to the Air Force. When he was 16 he broke his leg pretty bad. He would not pass the physical. However, he wanted to be a plane mechanic. So after basics, he would be fine. Hate it for the kid, he wanted to serve and had a plan.
My neighbor is a recruiter and he says that almost every kid that comes to him wants the same job. They all want to be drone pilots.
Most recruiters know how to fudge and tell the kid they'll get an "opportunity."
When they get in, do the bait and switch and tell them they don't qualify.
"Off to latrine duty grunt!"
He does that. Promise them the drone job, then tell them it is full but they can be drone mechanics. Most take it.
