This is the most succinct statement on the topic I've seen on this board. These two things are not always the same thing.

Same is true for "I'm not attacking Trump, I'm questioning your hysteria". (Non-specific, general you).

The thing about hysterical people is....they are usually completely unaware that they are being hysterical.
