Anyone know why Spratley doesn’t seem to be competing in freestyle this season?
My question as well. Spratley, Ryder, and Facundo were names I was expecting to see. Figueroa as well, but maybe he just wants to focus on his final folkstyle season. Someone on another thread mentioned Cael Hughes may be injured so that could explain his absence.

Fun fact: Tagen and Swiderski met in the 138 lb finals at Fargo in 2021 with Tagen winning 7-2.

Hayden Simpson lost his first match in Greco (U23 130kg), then won his next two matches on the back side, both by fall. Was leading 4-0 and 7-4 in those matches. If he wins two more he'll place

This is very cool. Any way to highlight other non OSU studs that we should keep an eye on like the blazes and bassets of the world?
Go here: https://www.usabracketing.com/events/4e8bdba5-0cdf-42d1-ac8c-2829e6e55261

Use this login:
username: ab
password: Password
Then go to Bout Board. Anyone can use that login, I don't think it limits the number of users. I added our guys to 'My Wrestlers' so they'll be highlighted on the bout board and in the brackets.

anyone can create their own login, it's free and can customize however. Someone on Intermat made this login and I took the liberty of adding the OSU guys haha

Also, I turned on alerts for results, so you can see results for our guys by hitting the little notification bell in the top right, or this page: https://www.usabracketing.com/my_account/messages/e1aac1b0-13d4-4f0c-bbc8-6f745238f79b/alerts

Villasenor with a great 10-0 over Mack Mauger. At the Open, Ronnie beat Mauger 4-2 on the top side and then lost to Mauger 5-3 in the 3rd place match.
Ish dropped his match against Perentin, who Flo has ranked #3 at 165 (just ahead of Routledge).

Villasenor beats incoming Penn State freshman Nate Desmond 7-7 on criteria. Villasenor gave up a caution point with 1 second left for evading. He previously got a 4-pointer in the first period that gave him criteria.

Desmond is a sore loser and kept attacking WAY past the final whistle and Ignacio laughed at him and hit the guns up pose.

Cutter gets a win, Routledge blanked by Melvin Miller

Robideau up 8-4 over the 3 seed at the break

Bassett nearly breaks a dude in half, good lord

And somehow there’s yet another Mantanona wrestler? There’s like 10 of those dudes

Miller looked amazing. Going to be extremely tough for Robideau in the challenge finals. At 74, Jayden James just destroyed Joe Sealey. He could give Dee a real fight assuming he beats denny in the challenge finals.

Looking forward to those matches! We get multiple of them as well.
