You didn't expect Kamala to agree to a debate where she didn't know the questions beforehand did you? Her staff is the one writing the debate questions and they are putting Kamala through weeks of debate preparations hoping like hell she doesn't screw it up.

They will let her do one, but they are terrified that she will pull a Biden.
She's actually not terrible when she puts the bottle down long enough to prepare. Pence isn't the world's best debater, but she did fairly well in that VP debate.
I'd imagine they won't let her do more than one because she's so hard to prepare, and the longer she's up there the more likely it'll be that she starts ad-libbing, and we all know what that looks like.
I'd bet she shows up prepared to stay on topic and spew the talking points we're too familiar with.
And media has the scripted response of 'Trump attacked a black woman' ready to go.

No, she doesn't want to have to fill 2 full minutes because she knows she's either going to half-ass answer the question or devolve into word salad.
She wants to lie and then have Trump interject and correct the record so she can claim she's being "attacked".
She is demanding she be allowed notes. Kamala's team knows she can't be trusted to memorize answers to questions she has in advance.

It has nothing to do with Harris not wanting to debate. Harris just wanted open mics so Trump could embarrass himself again. The mics being turned off helps Trump because it is a mechanism to control him and stops him from hurting himself.
I don't really know why the Biden team agreed to this. Harris was right politically to try to get the mics back on.
No, Trump actually dropped out of the debate. He then tried to get the debate moved to Fox News. And when this failed for him after Harris refused to budge, he finally agreed once again to debate on ABC.
Harris has never dropped out or sought to cancel the debate on September 10.

Again, she isn't trying to get out of the debate. She and her campaign are simply noting how the muted mics help Trump and they are expressing their desire for the mics not to be muted. Not once has Harris ever indicated she doesn't want to debate or that she is going to drop out, as Trump actually did.
Do you believe the mics should be muted? Does Trump? If so, why?

No one is hiding the Vice President. She is our campaigning and talking to the people. She doesn't have to debate on Fox News, that isn't a requirement to be elected President.
She is running a great campaign so far and she made an excellent VP pick. Much better than weirdo Vance. She is far from being a joke and that is what scares and worries you. Although you will never admit it. You know she very well could beat Trump in November..
