Trump caves—again

”The crying babies doesn’t look good politically.”—Donald J Trump

Rescinds executive order separating kids from parents.

Still no wall paid for by the Mexicans, now begging US taxpayers to pay for it.

Thousands of children now ophpaned permanently, never to be reunited..

Trump’s Katrina, Trump looking very weak.!!!

SAD!!!!

“Even an ant den’s peaceful enough til you step in it.”—Webb Wilder

More caving:

I.will NOT hijack your thread, but in the vein of his caving, let's just say hopefully his "negotiating" with Un will bear fruit long term because in the short term... my gawd. All he did was talk shit then cave.

You think you can speak reality into existence? Hillary and her people did.

And so did Romney and his people. And McCain and his people. And Kerry and his people. Etc.

btw, I am not trying to speak anything into existence. Sounded like you were though with the whole momentum talk in mid-June haha.

Difference of opinion bro.

Good times abound if you'll open your eyes.

Why in the world should anyone praise Trump for ending his own inhumane policy?

Sorry, he doesn't get credit for stopping what he started.
Show me proof where he started it and I'll show you pictures of children in cages under obama.

A lot of liberal bias there.

And there it is.

Tpoke, it is all there for you to see. Just a casual google search will also give it to you. Or read DOJ documents. Watch past congressional hearings (they have been talking about this for a while now).

This was the Trump administration's policy. It was a bad policy. It was a political blunder.

I read the first one and saw nowhere saying children will now be separated from parents under the zero tolerance policy. There it is.

Now read the Flores consent decree and put two and two together.

When the parents are arrested and jailed, the children can’t stay with their parents in jail. It IS the zero tolerance policy that led to them having to be separated under the law.

Read them all.

So Trump is the first president to ever separate immigrant children from their parents? Right. That's all I was after. Everyone acts like this is something new.

Strawman. I never said anything of the sort.

The breadth and scope of it....the numbers...are where the change is.

Did you read the Flores consent decree or are you choosing to remain willfully ignorant?

I’m not asking you to read any leftist propaganda. I’m asking you to read a DOJ source document noting the change in policy in conjunction with a source document court decision that clearly reflects the result of such a policy change vis-a-vis family separations.

His policy was something new.

He messed up Tpoke. Maybe you are a supporter of his and don't want to admit to that, but it is what it is.
So he was the first one to ever separate children from their parents. Got it.
On a side note, there have been many times where I've not supported things conservatives do, but I don't live in a glass house either.

Ok, so then you have no problem admitting that Trump was wrong on this and that the policy was also wrong, correct?

I'm saying he was right for stopping It and wrong to solely blame him if others did the same, regardless how often or long. . I do think it's necessary to be very sure that the children accompanied by adults, are in fact their parents, and no criminal aspect involved, which should lead to separation to verify.

Why him? Why now? Just because it was reported?

Why can't you say the man was wrong TPoke? How will the world change if you say that Donald Trump was wrong about something when he clearly was?

Why would he think something was wrong that others did and got away with? Stay on point.

Goodness lol. It was his policy Tpoke! His administration put it into action. Then he had to stop it. Which you just posted he was right to do, to stop the policy he was carrying out. Yet, you just can't bring yourself to say he was wrong and the policy was wrong too, can you?

Another question for you: If Trump stood in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shot someone, would you say he was wrong or find a way to defend him?

How will the world change if you say he did the right thing, good for him he corrected a bad thing? Because liberals can't, they're entrenched and wear blinders.

If he shot someone he'd clearly be breaking the law. Was Trump breaking the law or are the illegals breaking the law?

You aren't very good at this.

One, you've avoided my main point. Two, you're just being ignorant on the shooting deal. I'm going to take a victory lap, good night.

As are Trumpets.

Well, some would argue that Trump was breaking international law. We definitely know he was carrying out bad and inhumane policy.

btw, keep in mind, it isn't breaking the law to seek asylum in the United States.

I think he did do the right thing in stopping his own policy. He should never have done it in the first place.

Now, why can't you bring yourself to say he was wrong and the policy was wrong?

Oh lawdy, lemme get my hip waders. Trump is breaking international laws now.

Is the lawful way to seek asylum in the US to break the law by crossing the border illegally? Or is there another actual lawful way to seek asylum?

Keep being a buzzkill.
All the way to midterms...please.
