Trump attacks the "Trump U." judge

Meh wake me up when he shoots someone on fifth ave.

Meh, get back to me with your in-depth analysis of whereTF you think the cretin is going to get the votes to win; start with Hispanics, and then try women, 'cause the angry white males might get him slightly higher than Romneyesque looser votes.

Wrong there are no angry white males jack ass get with the program. Davidallen set this n***** straight!

I agree trump is a baby and a complete jackass. There are times I can't stand listening to him talk about his poll numbers for the 10,000th time. He is a thin skinned clown who could have wrapped this up months ago if he just concentrated on what the silent majority is upset about in this country. I wish he was different and if I could I would slap the orange off his face and tell him to get a ****ing grip and be a sensible moderate presidential candidate with the ability to surround himself with great people to accomplish great things. But unless he comes to my farm and asks my opinion he will just go
on being "not Hillary Clinton" for me and hopefully enough people to get him elected.

No disagreement here; sadly, it will come down to the "sofa king" factor. His pettiness will be his undoing, as he makes Barry look agedly mature when it comes to thin skin. Maybe he really doesn't want to get elected......

I have Scottish guilt and privilege. And maybe a little bit of Irish privilege as well. I can't stand those New Yorkers. As a race they are just overly obnoxious. But they are better than those Chicagoans who are known as a race of lying shitbags. Yes, I guess I'm racist toward Chicagoans. Eat sand.

The worst thing Trump could do ---- is start taking advice from people who have been consistently (and overwhelmingly) wrong with him for a year straight

(GOP establishment, corporate media etc ---- literally almost everyone has been turned into a joke / exposed by corporate shill by Trump's rise)

All this feigned outrage is designed to control Trump --- by multinational corporate forces who control both political parties, control the media, and want to take away rights and liberties of the American people.

By the way.....

This photo supplied by Gingrich Productions, shows former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and current Speaker Nancy Pelosi taping a message for the Alliance for Climate Protection Thursday, April 3, 2008, in Washington.

Gingrich just filmed a new environmental commercial with Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Gingrich is in Georgia this week pitching a platform of issues on which, he says, the vast majority of Americans agree, and he has shipped that list to Howard Dean at the Democratic National Committee, as well as to Republicans. The judge is an activist in the radical La Raza group. I can't stand Trump, but he has a point.

Sois the law firm.

It's starting to look like, once again, Trump the chessmaster is two moves ahead of everyone else.

Judge, law firm bringing Trump U case both tied to La Raza

The federal judge presiding over the Trump University class action lawsuit is a member of the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, a group that while not a branch of the National Council of La Raza, has ties to the controversial organization, which translates literally “The Race.”

U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who has been criticized by Donald Trump as a “hater” appointed by President Obama who should be recused from the case, listed his membership in the “La Raza Lawyers of San Diego” on a judicial questionnaire he filled out when he was selected to be a federal judge.

He was named in a brochure
as a member of the selection committee for the organization’s 2014 Annual Scholarship Fund Dinner & Gala.

Meanwhile, the San-Diego based law firm representing the plaintiffs in the Trump University case, Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd, was listed as a sponsor of the event.

WND reported the San Diego firm paid $675,000 to the Clintons for speeches, and the firm’s founder is a wealthy San Diego lawyer who served a two-year sentence in federal prison for his role in a kickback scheme to mobilize plaintiffs for class-action lawsuits.

You mean people like this guy: http://www.cnn.com/2016/06/06/politics/trump-campaign-hires-jim-murphy/

Don't know much about him. (will research - and do you have any info?)

To some extent, Trump is going to have to 'play the game' and can't be exclusively an outsider anymore.

But back to the thread subject. This is pretty huge.

Sotomayor is saying exactly what Trump has said.

MAY 14, 2009

WASHINGTON — In 2001, Sonia Sotomayor, an appeals court judge, gave a speech declaring that the ethnicity and sex of a judge “may and will make a difference in our judging.”

In her speech, Judge Sotomayor questioned the famous notion — often invoked by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and her retired Supreme Court colleague, Sandra Day O’Connor — that a wise old man and a wise old woman would reach the same conclusion when deciding cases.

“I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life,” said Judge Sotomayor, who is now considered to be near the top of President Obama’s list of potential Supreme Court nominees.

Judge Sotomayor has given several speeches about the importance of diversity. But her 2001 remarks at Berkeley, which were published by the Berkeley La Raza Law Journal, went further, asserting that judges’ identities will affect legal outcomes.

“Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences,” she said, for jurists who are women and nonwhite, “our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging.”

So, it still wasn't mentioned in that, but I was able to find, Trump is upset that the judge allowed the lead plaintiff to drop out. I'm not sure that is some huge evidence of bias.

Not when compared to granting him partial summary judgement, scheduling the trial for after the election, and bifurcating the trial. As recently as last month, Trump's attorney thought Curiel was doing a good job balancing interests in the case.

Again, I don't see any demonstrated bias against Trump. You win some motions, you lose some. That doesn't mean the judge is biased against you.
