Back during media days, Matt Rhule was explaining his philosophy on how he planned on winning. It worked at Temple. Run first, set up the pass, burn clock, keep opposing offenses on the sideline. Saturday, Baylor completely changed their MO from the previous 2 weeks from a passing team to a run first team. They controlled the clock. 36 minutes TOP to OSU's measley 24 minutes. They used almost every second on the clock on every play. But as I mentioned back in August, TOP means nothing to true spread teams. We scored 59 points in only 24 minutes and we weren't even trying in the 4th quarter.
Rhule has only faced uo and K St before last Sat. uo hit them for 48, now OSU hit them for 59. He still has to face W Va, TCU, TT, I St, and Texas. I do think his strategy might work against Kansas.
