- We're in trouble at back-up PG unless Averette improves A LOT. He looked awful.
- Carroll had a nice game
- You can definitely see the emphasis on hard-nosed defense. The intensity was there most of the game, but the execution, communication, and discipline needs a lot of work.
- McGriff is a player and will be a fan favorite for years
- N'Guessan can contribute. Didn't look 1/2 bad nor lost
- Disappointing game by both Hammonds and Shine.
- I liked him a lot in high school but I think it's getting close to time to conclude Mitch Solomon is never going to make the step up to being a major factor in the Big 12
- Waters and Dziagwa can both contribute. Waters has a sweet stroke and Dziagwa exhibited a high basketball IQ and a great motor. He didn't seem physically overmatched at all to me, recognizing Campbell isn't the Big 12.
