The LA Dodgers hate all Catholics

Nothing new, they ran a lot of hispanics (who are Catholic) out of Chavez Ravine to build Dodger Stadium back in the 1950s.
Pretty much all sports are making it easy for me to become less interested. Although, MLB happened many years ago, this just puts the cherry on top.
It's our fault. Every single S&P 500 company is woke and has pride month. Christians don't care to live their faith anymore. The USA is the head of the globalhomo movement.
They're based in southern CA. No one else on this board would expect anything different from them.

Quite the jump from parody/satire to mental illness. They’re not the first group to openly mock organized religion and they won’t be the last.

Mental illness is a serious issue. Just because you don’t like something doesn’t make it a matter of mental illness. Politicians are pros at manufacturing issues and then generating legislation to “solve” said issue. Don’t fall for it.
It’s beyond mental illness it’s straight up demonic. They are mocking Christ. They are mocking all of Christianity, and brushing it off as satire is being complicit. When is this crap going to end? 15 years ago most people were against gay marriage. Now many are cool with transing the kids. People need to stand against this and call it out for what it truly is - grotesque. But people want to be polite, don’t want to hurt people’s feelings. Screw that. Love is to will the good in the other. Sometimes the truth hurts.
As for the abuse scandal in the Church…quit with the flat out whataboutism. It’s not hypocrisy to say that the Drag crap mocking the Church is disgusting, while the church has has issues internally. Guess what? How many public school teachers are arrested each week because of improper relationships with students? The world is full of broken people. There have been evil people that have infiltrated the Church and done unspeakable things to the faithful and to the faith. But the Church has been a force for good far more so. The people that this group is mocking have been a large reason why there are Hospitals and schools throughout the world. Pray for our country. It is under evil influence.

Sports is one of the few things that can bring us all together. The Olympic ideal was truly special. And perhaps the loudest silent words and symbolism ever was Jesse Owens performance at the 1936 Olympics in Berlin.
Then the Olympics was politicized and countries boycotted over politics.
I don't recall a more polarized time in this country as an adult, I was really young during the Vietnam war and for part of the early beginnings of the civil rights movement. We had the assassination of leaders, 4 dead in Ohio. We had the Chicago riots during the 1968 Democratic convention in Chicago:
" In Chicago itself, more than 48 hours of rioting left 11 Chicago citizens dead, 48 wounded by police gunfire, 90 policemen injured, and 2,150 people arrested."
We had the riots in LA.
Perhaps this time frame was the worst in my lifetime, but I was very young and we did not have wall to wall 24 hours coverage on cable TV, and we had a media that mostly reported the facts and warned you when they were now going to editorial content. In other words, the media did not intentionally up the political temperature.
The politicization of sports now serves to mostly divide, every single aspect of our lives has now been politicized, as Jimi Hendrix sang and Bob Dylan wrote:

It’s because if you read scripture Jesus was woke! The greatest liberal that ever lived as the Bible records; Inclusion not exclusion, love not judgment, love not discrimination…just sayin’.
If you call yourself Christian pay attention to the words and deeds of the creator in scripture and act accordingly! He does the judging not us sinners and the legalism we created and act on in our churches. Love them all, “ love your neighbor as yourself”( Second greatest commandment) and HE will sort them out!

For the drag queens’ champions in this thread, can you find some examples of Catholics openly mocking drag queens? If you can that will put all this to rest, if you can’t I have zero sympathy for any challenges they face and zero respect for their movement.

Let me ask a question. What is love? It is to will the good of the other. It is loving to correct one’s neighbor. It is to will them to the good. Also what is the first part of the oft quoted “ love your neighbor as yourself”? It is to love the Lord your God, with all your heart, all your mind and all your soul. To do the second without the first become meaningless because what is God? God is THE truth. God is Life. God is THE way. We are not loving our neighbor if we are not also loving of the truth. These people are mocking the truth. And that truth, while it may hurt their feelings is the truth. The truth is not changing. The acts they engage in are in fact destructive. It is not life giving.
@BiloxiPoke What the Dodgers are engaging in is in fact hateful to the Catholic Church because they are HONORING a group whose explicit mission is to mock and spite the Church. So yes they are acting in a hateful manner towards the church. And yes your bringing up Girl Scouts etc, was a Strawman argument.
appreciate your comments but really disagree with you "love not judgment" comment. Jesus teaches a very clear path to righteousness, morality and truth. He also makes it very clear that we will be judged. I think you are missing the point if you don't believe we should stand up against sin and some of the ridiculous sexual deviancy we see in the public today. You and I probably have a lot more in common than we disagree on; however, in my mind there is a line that we must draw. It starts with public sexual deviancy, abortion, child mutilation, men competing against women etc...

AC I actually did a study on this. Not only was she a sinner but she was a women and a Samarian. The fact she was a women Samarian was worse then a sinner. The disciples thought she was below Jesus taking the time to talk to. Shows Christianity is for everyone.

What business does any Christian have "correcting" a non-Christian? I'm fairly certain the New Testament has something to say about that. If the drag queens are Catholic then I guess by all means unload on them.
