I think we are going to see the Donald unhinged. He has to leave everyone in the world talking about this debate or he has zero chance, which means he is going to go big and go loud.
It will either go over well and put him square in the mix or the election will be over when the debate ends. No middle ground.
He needs to grab her by the pussy and drag her mangled carcass across the stage, throw her in Bills lap and say, that's how it's done you moron. Drop the mic and walk off stage. That will surely get people talking about the debate and this election. I'm done with this circus. I've got earthquakes to make.
Yes the turnaround was profound and yet he dropped in polls.
Hitting a single isn't going to cut it, he has to go yard.
In particular, I just don't think a ton of people are fired up FOR either candidate, but are more fired up to stop one of them. I myself am now swinging back to the @CowboyJD thought of focusing on keeping libertarian candidates on future Oklahoma tickets by voting Johnson - even though I think he is a dolt.
4-0. Bats are in the walkers.Cubs better get it together I made a bet in Vegas five months ago on those perennial losers that this was the year!!
Atta boy!

Exactly. 2.5% in the Great State of Oklahoma gets the Libertarians back on the ballot in 2016. This could draw in better candidates.
Yep. The law changing it from 10% to 2.5% goes into effect Nov. 1....just in time for the election. I've been explaining this to 1000s of people in the past three or four months.
I'm voting for. Johnson for the reasons stated. But he and Weld's embarrassing performance during the campaign represents a real missed opportunity. And seriously calls into question whether Libertarians cam ever organize themselves into anything resembling a political party.
Even Clinton supporters like what Donald has to say about his economic proposals. Good stuff here from a focus group.
Well damn. We lost you but gained ctdub.I'm in. JD if Oklahoma goes Clinton, I'm sweeping the leg.
Although both candidates are not most folks first choice this is an important election. Another 4 years of this crap as far as the way the country is being run from the executive and it may be too late
I am by no means a trumpster but consider the way vets are being treated, minority labor participation is the lowest it has been, same for women, .people are hurting.
If you are libertarian or conservative and you are not voting for Trump I emplore you to reconsider. The vision for the country by both candidates is very different and this is not the time to try to make an esoteric point
Hasn't Weld been decent?I'm voting for. Johnson for the reasons stated. But he and Weld's embarrassing performance during the campaign represents a real missed opportunity. And seriously calls into question whether Libertarians can ever organize themselves into anything resembling a political party.
Absolutely agree JD of course, I already voted so what is left is definitely not my circus.Whether or not I vote for Trump, there is no chance....none...zero...zip....Oklahoma's electoral votes go to Hillary.
Greater ballot access is not an "esoteric point", it's a critical point to avoiding the crap show we are seeing this election. Breaking the stranglehold of the two party system isn't an esoteric point, IMO.
Voting for the lesser of two evils is what has gotten us where we are today. I'm done with that.

.
I'm so ready for that, particularly on a state level. This state needs some good government so bad it hurts.
This is an honest question so don't go all syskatine on me, but why don't you run for office? You seem to love govt and all that it does for the greater good of the people. You're an attorney, so you got that going for you. You have recently thrown down the gauntlet to some on here challenging them to sack up and go fight Russia. You're for the little guy, or so you say. So what gives?
I really thought about it when I was young. At the end of the day, I just don't have the ambition, time or temperament. My job wont allow it. The fund raising alone is a deal killer. Too many skeletons. I'm just not political talent. The rubber chicken circuit is excruciating and boring, and the people that get elected love that stuff.
Fair enough. Disappointed you won't be stopping by my house to campaign. That would have been entertaining. Your persona displayed on here gave me the impression you would eat all the attention up. "Too many skeletons" That doesn't matter anymore. This country is getting ready to elect an overweight, scumbag, felonious, lying pos as commander in chief I think you would be ok, maybe.
You would starve and be another failure on my tax dollars. I am sure just as you are about to fail a blame Bush quote would be thrown out.Imagine me trying to talk you into voting for me. Why would I do that for a living????

I actually believe it is an esoteric point. Please tell me when the libertarian s and the John birch society before that ever put even a decent candidate up for any position?
I understand and agree with getting better candidates at all levels but I believe you either have to start a new party or work to get better candidates in the repub party. The libertarian party has way too much baggage.
If you start a new party though and it becomes popular history tells us that more than likely one or both of the existing parties will incorporate the ideas of the new party and take it over.
