Indeed if Bitter moves to NY and votes, how does he know that is a meaningful effort?

I guess for that reason unless there is some agreed upon collective action by the rest of the virtue signallers, he should hold off on moving to NY.
I agree entirely. We need to pursue policy that severely restricts and even bans abortion across the country just in case some people in New York want to murder and dismember a full term infant on the day that delivery is scheduled. We don't know for sure that it will happen, but since conservatives are predicting that thousands of full term infants are going to be murdered and dismembered every day, we should take immediate and drastic action collectively to stop it.
Think of all the full term infants that are going to die while you fiddle away trying to create national consensus, when all it would take is a relatively modest conservative migration to NY to end the slaughter.
Why do we need national consensus? If conservatives believe in the alarmist predictions of thousands of murdered babies a day, it just needs to happen. The outcome is settled. 100% of doctors agree that a full term infant who is dismembered in utero will die. You can't get more consensus than that.

Maybe consensus was the wrong word. But, you need a governing majority, which is easier to achieve in NY than in the US.
