They’re starting to realize that extreme career politicians and radical rich guys aren’t what Americans want, and he’s as close to Trump as they can get. Maybe a long shot opinion, but I wouldn’t be surprised.
They will try very, very hard to find someone who doesn't have 5+ years on record of espousing open borders, supporting men in women's sports, and being anti-police. Noone IN the party today, fits that bill. So getting a Mark Cuban (who I think they get rather than Dimon) or a Dimon is a win for them. He'll vote Dem but has none of the Democrat political baggage. In fact, I'd expect that most of the MSM will be vociferous in their support for that candidate and call him the moderate, while targeting stories at the furthest left primary players in order to demonstrate their fair-mindedness and attempt to restore their credibility. They’re starting to realize that extreme career politicians and radical rich guys aren’t what Americans want, and he’s as close to Trump as they can get. Trump owns Dimon lock, stock & barrel.
