The pilots of the B-2 Bombers that hit Iran are the top 1% of all military pilots. From flight school to years of flying, pilots are assigned to planes according to their abilities. The best rated pilots get the most desired assigned planes. To be assigned to the most secret and technology advanced aircraft you have to be very high IQ and have nerves of steel in stress testing.

We may never know who these men are to protect them and their families but be assured they are special.

CNN said it was a failure even before the strikes were over. Better hope they don't get their names as they will release them. Sorry sack of shits they are.

36 hours in a crew compartment that I imagine is smaller than what a modern 18-wheeler offers. Plus you still have to remain sharp as a tac the whole time. Probably not exactly the youngest guys in the Airforce either. Definitely an elite group.

I of course don't know about today's stealth B-2. My old B-52s had huge crew compartments. Bunks. I can't remember crew size. Bomber pilots weren't and I'm certain still ain't the youngest.

The B-52 couldn't get off the ground with a full load of JP-4 (fuel). After getting airborn KC-135 Tankers would top off the B-52. At a TSTC air show I learned JP-4 ended in 1995. Jet engines now burn diesel fuel. Engines today are much bigger on KC-135 Tanker. Water assisted Take Off is no more. When I was in the AF, B-52 and KC-135 had water tanks for Take Off.

I saw on TV the B-2 had to air refuel after take off. The B-2s were carrying two 30,000 pound bunker buster bombs. Israel has no aircraft that can deliver the bunker buster.
