Tech is currently rated first by Rivals and second by 247 in the 23 recruiting class. Rivals has them with 7 4 star recruits, and Rivals with 5.
I’ve noticed some strange numbers that seem to put a damper on their ratings.
1. Of their20 commits, we only offered one of them.
2. On both sites, 9 of their recruits had only one P5 offer. Two others had only two offers. In many of those cases, they were ranked high three stars, and two were four stars.
I think their numbers are inflated. Why, I don’t know, but many of their recruits are rated higher than the number of offers you usually see for players rated that high.
