They are fired up with these hires, Adkins will be in on Sunday. He said they have been told that Adkins will be in charge of the OL but McEndoo will assist and work with TEs. He also said the the analyst positions are new to the big-12, he said that the SEC has been hiring guys for that but we are the first school in the B-12 to use those positions. They will basically help break down and analyse everything from recruiting strategy to opponents tendencies and basically just assist the coaches in a bunch a new ways.
