I like conservative jurisprudence. Not talking about politically conservative. I’m speaking jurisprudential conservatism v. activism.

I would agree with that at first blush. I might change my mind on it eventually, but that sounds reasonable.

The magnitude of their decisions can have implications down the road that none of us might currently be able to imagine.

I said this to someone last night when we were discussing the SCOTUS decision. Although my statements last night were not nearly as on-point as yours ... it is what I meant. :)
