Sorry true believers but this ridiculous Russia collusion story has about run it's course. I know you guys will just move on to the next fake narrative because you will never accept Trump as President this one has wasted a year of everyone's time especially CNN where the story has been the lead 24/7. Some interesting testimony in congress last week, here are some highlights.

1) Fusion GPS — the firm hired by Trump’s political enemies to create the infamous Trump dossier — also ran a smear campaign against him on behalf of Russia;

2) Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya’s meeting with Donald Trump Jr. in June 2016 was only part of Russia’s larger efforts to get the sanctions law known as the Magnitsky Act repealed; and

3) The Russians were not necessarily acting in support of Trump, and were trying to reach out to everyone they could about repealing the Magnitsky Act — not just Trump Jr.

And another thread about how there is no Russia story. You guys who want the investigation to go away can't stop bringing it up and keeping everyone talking about it.

Mueller having no leaks is driving them crazy. Biff cant' stand it. Contrast the narrative from the same crew from the 90's verses today. Their old tricks are being used against them and they squeal like stuck pigs.

Why does Biff object, anyway? Is he hiding something? He sure acts guilty.

LOL Breitbart says there's nothing here, so we should all move on.
It was testimony in congress. It's on Breitbart because they're one of the few outlets that won't ignore facts that blows up the Russia story.

Been why does it bother you so much that people point out how fake the Russia story is? It's been shoved down our throats 24/7 for a year. Now that it turns out those of us who thought it ridiculous were right we're dang sure going to point it out.

I just find it contradictory that you constantly whine about the Russia collusion investigation and how the media constantly talks about it, yet you can't stop talking about it.

No matter what you or I do, or do not say about it, the investigation (actually multiple investigations) is (are) underway, and are going to continue until it (they) is (are) concluded.

Continually crying "Nothing Burger!" accomplished nothing. Maybe it just makes you feel better.

Obamacare needs fixing for sure. The Russia investigation has nothing to do with Congress' inability to devise an alternative plan that the majority of them would vote in favor of.

First of all, the Russia story will never go away, as the Democrats have too much invested into it with their plebes. It will not go away and none of us really expect it to. But, ever increasingly, the narrative appears to many as the ridiculous hoax that it is. One of the biggest fake news hoaxes perpetrated by the mainstream media in quite a while. Not really unusual.

This MSM hoax is a lot like Sports Illustrated's "Dirty Game" series that attempted to slander OSU football. Me and a lot of my Sooner friends have often talked about how it seems Oklahoma State University football emerged bigger, stronger and with a better overall reputation in the college football world after this unfounded hit piece. While this fact doesn't bother me it upsets a lot of my Sooner friends. The Russia hoax crap will not go away anytime soon. Who cares? It's still seen as just a hoax.

So, your contention is that if the Russia/Collusion investigation did not exist, Congress would have come up with a better plan for repeal and replace, and would have voted in favor of said better plan?

Just wanted to point out that it's liberals on CNN that have called the Russian stuff a "nothing burger" off the air when they thought no one was watching.

OK. Still doesn't change anything re: the investigation.

would you be ok with an investigation into your personal finances, tax returns and 7 degrees of kevin bacon associations with bad people - based on, let's say... high stick harry holding a press conference and claiming that you colluded with sex traffickers to get your job? if not, what do you have to hide? let the investigators (all friends of harry) do their job and drag your name through the mud. i'm sure they'll apologize and help rebuild your damaged reputation when it's proven you haven't conspired with sex traffickers. or maybe it'll never be proven. how can you prove a negative after all?

either way, you should definitely stop acting guilty.

The birth certificate deal was pretty big.

Pizzagate was too, or at least it was with you guys.

Jade Helm.

Sandyhook. Those parents may raise an eyebrow at the conservatives whining about fact-free conspiracies.

Oh, scream it from the rooftops. The libs haven't melted down the board over it - you have. I don't anybody knows what's going on, as Mueller doesn't squeal. Trump does though, constantly. Just like he's guilty.

IMO the Kushner meeting showed 1. There wasn't much collusion if any before that, and 2. But the Biff team obviously would have accepted help from the Russian government. I mean, it was offered as the purpose of the meeting.

If I'm running for POTUS? Of course. Transparency is expected. I'd throw my life open, assuming there wasn't something to hide. Is that so hard? Its the presidency, not a local water board.

Presidents win some and lose some, but every day that the losing establishment's Russia hoax investigation turns up nothing is just another day that the establishment looks like President Trump's pathetic, alcoholic bitch.

Maybe the Russia hoax committee should hire Thayer Evans to help it actually turn up something. I hear he might be available.

Let me start by saying that I am not claiming that they have turned up something. I have no idea.

But, in what world does the public get blow by blow updates of an investigation? What kind of logic are you using to get to the conclusion that because you have not heard that an ongoing investigation has revealed anything significant, it is a fact that they have not found anything?

When the police are investigating a murder, do they generally go public with any new information that is revealed as they make each discovery?

Sunday: Today, we found a dead body
Monday: We found some DNA on the body that did not belong to the deceased.
Wednesday: We found a possible murder weapon in a nearby dumpster.
Thursday: Our pathologist just matched the weapon we found to some of the injuries on the body.
Monday: The weapon had a serial number on it and we have discovered the credit card that was used to purchase it.

Is that how investigations work in your world?

Edit: or in yours, @AC2017 ?

Thayer is not available, going thru his transgender therapy, she will come back as Teresa. As in Saint Teresa. Hard way to resurrect a career, but hey....

Comey was pretty vocal on Hillary, he even played the role of investigator and AG.

I mean, as unfounded and ridiculous as it was, at least Thayer Evans was able to dig up enough "stuff" to fill an on-going series in a national magazine. The Russia Hoax committee might ought to run him down. It obviously needs a kick start.

So, you are just going to ignore my question and keep posting the same thing. Cool.

The only thing Thayer Evans was able to "dig" up was figments of his own imagination.

Now if he looked into the shenanigans surrounding Big Red Sports and Imports ...

Huh. So... do you see any similarities between the Russia thing and the Thayer Evans thing? I can't tell.

when jd brought up jr meeting the russian hussy

without mentioning the dems let the hussy in the country

when been tries to pigeon hole congress coming up with a better plan for obamacare

without scoring the political capital this investigation ensconces

you just get this mantra of let the investigator do his job

there's just no accounting for the cost
when putting together a balance sheet of how this lawfully elected presidents ability to carry out the duties he was elected to do is affected

So let's just ignore suspicious conduct and let them go about their business.

Check.

Btw, I'm all up in other threads advocating further investigation of Hillary, Lynch, whomever.

So you can't credibly put that evil on me.

i didn't say ignore suspicious activity

i said you brought up suspicious activity in an unbalanced manner
