Rosenstein: No collusion with Russia

Your own left-wing national leaders now say there was no Trump-Russia collusion in the election.

Frank, if you listen to Elliot whatever's speech, he says there's no americans involved in the indictment. He plainly qualified that statement. I don't want you to get over your skis on this -- don't listen to the spin. Ol' Mueller is still sniffing.

I'm sure nothing will come of it, the President being a man of such integrity. Right?

You think Mueller had ANYTHING to do with investigating Nikolas Cruz? At all? You believe that? Unicorns for you as well lol.

Carry on.
You can't be this stupid. No one is saying Mueller had anything to do with botching the Cruz investigation it's about the organization he works for deflecting because of the botched investigation.

What will happen though is a massive call from the media lib to have him step down.

Because things aren’t going to go their way.

You parrot that, but it's simply untrue. Mitch McConnell plainly stated his priority was defeating Obama. Fomenting hatred against Obama was great business for conservative politicians and media, so they had more investigations into him than any politician ever. Here's what they have against him:

The Biff administration has lapped the Obama admin's worst dysfunction x 100 already. Look how he surrounded himself with criminals. Another one is pleading guilty, I see. Carter Page? That's an objective fact, my gullible, right wing, name calling, script parroting, follower friend. Trump's associates are pleading guilty left and right to various crimes and not a peep, it's all just a game to you.

Doesn't it feel great to be a part of such a huge movement? Makes you tingle, doesn't it? You're such a parrot of that maga shit. You're the perfect example of the type that really personally invests in some political movement that does crazy, stupid shit. Totally buy the narrative, don't you? You come along out of the blue and start this maga political shit.

Crimes committed before they were even associated.

Just keep skimming right on over that.

The real criminals are those that abused NSA resources to illegally spy on the opposition.

I believe Mueller and RR will be involved in the prosecution of the real criminals

This witch hunt you’ve so passionately supported is just fodder keeping fake news preoccupied

My how opinions and statements about Mueller have changed over time. (I’m speaking in general not specifically with regards to your past statements because I haven’t gone back and looked specifically at your past posts).

Kind of shocking, but not really.

What are your thoughts on this?

Special Counsel Robert Mueller indicted foreign citizens for trying to influence the American public about an election because those citizens did not register as a foreign agent nor record their financial expenditures to the Federal Elections Commission. By that theory, when will Mueller indict Christopher Steele, FusionGPS, PerkinsCoie, the DNC and the Clinton Campaign? Mueller’s indictment against 13 Russian trolls claimed their social media political activity was criminal because: they were foreign citizens; they tried to influence an election; and they neither registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act nor reported their funding to the Federal Elections Commission.

First, if Mueller’s theory is correct, three things make Steele a criminal: first, he is a foreign citizen; second, he tried to influence an election, which he received payments to do (including from the FBI itself); and third, he neither registered as a foreign agent nor listed his receipts and expenditures to the Federal Election Commission. Also, according to the FBI, along the way, Steele lied…a lot, while the dossier he disseminated contained its own lies based on bought-and-paid for smears from foreign sources reliant on rumors and innuendo.

Second, if Mueller’s theory is correct, three things make FusionGPS a criminal co-conspirator: it knew Steele was a foreign citizen; it knew, and paid, Steele to influence an election; and it knew, and facilitated, Steele neither registering as a foreign agent nor reporting his funding from the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign to the Federal Election Commission.

Third, if Mueller’s theory is correct, then three things make PerkinsCoie a potential target: it knew Steele was a foreign citizen; it knew, and paid, Steele to influence an election; and it knew, and facilitated, Steele neither registering as a foreign agent nor reporting his funding from the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign to the Federal Election Commission, by disguising its receipt of payments from the Clinton campaign as a “legal expense.”

Fourth, if Mueller’s theory is correct, then three things make the DNC a potential target: it knew Steele was a foreign citizen; it knew, and paid, Steele to influence an election; and it knew, and facilitated, Steele neither registering as a foreign agent nor reporting his funding from the Democratic National Committee and the Clinton campaign to the Federal Election Commission, by disguising its payments to Steele as laundered legal expenses to a law firm.

Fifth, if Mueller’s theory is correct, three things make the Clinton Campaign a potential target: it knew Steele was a foreign citizen; it knew, and paid, Steele to influence an election; and it knew, and facilitated, Steele neither registering as a foreign agent nor reporting his funding from the Clinton campaign to the Federal Election Commission, by disguising its funding of payments to Steele laundered through a law firm as a “legal expense.”

Don’t expect such an indictment. Mueller chose his targets because he knows they will never appear in court, never contest the charges, and cannot be arrested or extradited as Russian citizens. Mueller’s unprecedented prosecution raises three novel arguments: first, that speaking out about American politics requires a foreign citizen to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act; second, that speaking out about American politics requires a foreign citizen list their source and expenditure of funding to the Federal Election Commission; and third, that mistakes on visa applications constitute “fraud” on the State Department. All appear to borrow from the now-discredited “honest services” theories Mueller’s team previously used in corporate and bribery cases, cases the Supreme Court overturned for their unconstitutional vagueness. The indictment raises serious issues under the free speech clause of the First Amendment and due process rights under the Fifth Amendment.

Not really interested in providing a detailed legal analysis on a Saturday morning as I get ready to watch ManU get beat in their FA Cup while I drink beer and hang out with fellow fans of other teams commiserating over our teams’ earky exit from the tourney.

Sorry.

Will say that I believe Mueller to be an experienced, knowledgeable, honorable investigator and prosecutor. If he finds crimes that are prosecutable in his investigation I think he will pursue them regardless of party affiliation.

1. Trump had first ran for President back in 2000 and had openly flirted with the idea for years, so it was pretty much "known" at the time BEFORE 2014, that he would likely run.

2. Here's one trademark application Trump filed in 2012 for the "Make America Great Again" mark for services related to campaign fundraising and PAC's.
(It would pretty safe to say that a lot of people had a very good idea that Trump would be running, well before 2014, as trademark filings are public record.)

I’m sure this is finally going to be your smoking gun and not yet another embarrassing whiff

Please understand that unlike 90% of the conservative posters on this board, I do not and have never wanted my country to fail or the POTUS to fail. I hope that Trump did not launder money, is not compromised, did not collude, did not accept aid from a foreign enemy, and does not get a tiny little hard on when students get killed, is not a pathological liar, and gives a shit about someone other than himself.

I hope he did nothing to sell out the country. The evidence is stacking up, the fundamental facts we all know suggest he's guilty AF, and I would be embarrassed to push his fantasy narratives if i were you. You just pushed his narrative and it is plainly factually rebutted. He trademarked his catchphrase right after the 2012 election. Russians were telling him in 2013 he was gonna make a great POTUS and he was tweeting "Trump 2016" in 2014. Those are facts. Those are not "long before" his candidacy, as he claimed in writing. Again, facts. This is not a victory lap, it's a fact.

Crimes committed before they were even associated.

LOL makes you tingle doesn't it? Such a great movement, such a purpose. Your fidelity to his clumsy lies is frankly the perfect example of a beta, gullible follower. I'll bet you're even looking for someone to piss in your face to emulate Cadet Bonespur.

And you have this avatar of such machismo but legitimize cowardice. How many deferments? He talks so much shit but takes the coward's way out? It's an embarrassment to the country. I hate that our figure head is such an obvious coward -- the country deserves someone that legitimately projects strength and intellect.

evidence stacking up? true but in the other direction. fantasy narrative? like the pending ig report.... or the tabloid article you just (evidently seriously?) posted about public grooming of a tv billionaire as a Russian manchurian candidate years before 13 Russians assisted him with shitty facebook ads and poorly attended pro and anti trump rallies.....

you are truly a master of projection.

you guys can’t be dumb enough not to see this “maga” trademarking thing is a flimsy backup plan to the hope that mueller would deliver trump’s head on a platter, can you?

are you telling me this only surfaced after rosenstein’s disappointing indictment presser and not during the election or past year, and want something people sat on as a life raft to toss in the water if they couldn’t extend the collusion lie through the midterms?

really? because that would make me embarrassed for you.

I don't understand wth you're saying. Maga trademark wasn't a backup anything, it was his brand. He told a clumsy lie and his trademark filing and social media footprint plainly contradicts his representation.
