They are going to use the discussion about the SCOTUS wanting to overturn Roe v. Wade in order to justify adding four judges to the court. And the Dem flock and others who watch casually will follow along and think it’s a great idea.

FDR tried to pack the court during the Depression and got shot down by Congress, even though he had them in his back pocket. It won’t be as difficult for Biden, Pelosi, et al to do it this time.

BTW, as opposed to how the media is spinning this, the conservatives on the court believe that this should be in the state’s hands, which is exactly right. It’s called the 10th Amendment.

Makes one wonder why Republicans are handing the Democrats a big political treat on a silver platter.

Republicans will have no one to blame for the political consequences of this potential ruling except themselves.

They are doing the morally right thing to do. If they had done the immoral thing, democrats would not have this issue to attack them on. That says a lot about the kind of people who make up the democrat party.

what do the batshit crazy ccp/dnc think scotus is going to do when election law comes before them

last time out they didn’t have the nutsack to get in the way

now that the sanctity of their institution has been raided there is no misconception of the ccp/dnc’s chosen means to abscond with power

If this is what you Republicans believe, then own it. Stop making posts worrying about what the political consequences are going to be.
I gladly own it, punkass. And you clearly do not believe it is morally right to halt the killing of unborn children, once again showing us what a shitty catholic you actually are. 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

SiL how does the C’s feel about free morning after pills for anyone (if the med only works if ingested before sex) by female ?

Own what? Reversing a poorly reasoned case that permits killing children? I see no one on the right having trouble owning that.
Rhythm method/natural family planning is the only acceptable form of birth control in the RCC. That being said, birth control that PREVENTS fertilization does not destroy human life. This is why the “what about Griswold?” argument is patently stupid.

Do you have some examples of liberals saying this?
Laurence Tribe, and American legal scholar and Harvard professor emeritus, tweeted: "Predictable next steps after the Alito opinion becomes law: a nationwide abortion ban, followed by a push to roll back rights to contraception, same-sex marriage, sexual privacy, and the full array of textually unenumerated rights long taken for granted."

No where in this quote does Tribe say the draft opinion bans abortions.

He is describing what other actions he believes will occur "after" the ruling (if Alito's draft opinion is the ruling).

Try again.

Kind of hard to cite the radio.
Sorry, I really don't have much time to listen to conservative propaganda radio shows. I use to try to keep up with that nonsense, but I don't much anymore.

It shouldn't be hard though for you to find one written quote from one of the Democratic leaders you mentioned. Got just one?

I see a lot of hand-wringing from right-wingers about the potential political consequences of this ruling. Trying their hardest to blame Democrats for this.🙄
Are you dense, stupid or just playing a part? No one on the right has said anything about not being responible for the political fallout. What has been said is it's obvious some lowlife, leftist POS broke the trust of the court by leaking this early. Now please get your story straight from here on.
