I just ran across this website from Richard Dreyfuss and his video..... He is very much for introducing civics education back into the curriculum.

I realize he has had his own issues with the "me too" movement recently, but I have to agree with his point about preparing our children to be the next "leaders" of our country by teaching civics. But I doubt it will ever happen with our current setup of the "Department of Education". The will to have government "of the people, by the people and for the people" is simply overwhelmed by the will to have power/control.

So...how are we going to do it?

Civics? Social justice is the new civics that the kids are taught today.
