Deondrea “Tiger” Riden, running back for Desoto. The dude has been a monster in leading the Eagles to the Class 6A Division II state title game. I’ve seen him in person a few times this year and the kid has impressed. He’s the best I’ve seen in DFW this year. Here’s the kicker - he’s only a sophomore (class of 2025). The cat (no pun intended) has nice speed, great vision, and changes directions very well. He’s playing on Bally Sports Southwest in the state championship game right now against Austin Vandegrift.
