Remain-in-Mexico court ruling a win for Texas, Missouri over Biden admin

A federal judge on Friday ordered the Biden administration to "enforce and implement" the Trump-era Remain-in-Mexico policy in response to a lawsuit from Texas and Missouri, which claimed that the administration’s attempt to terminate the policy was illegal and harmful.

With the Biden approach to the southern border being completely out of control, maybe this will give them the excuse to put sane, common sense measure back in place to control the problem. I wouldn't put money on the Biden Administration doing anything to slow illegal immigration but maybe there is hope with the mid-terms coming up. Democrats know they better do something or they are going to find themselves out of power.
