I have read that the coaches can't have contact with senior to bes before July first. How are kids committing if they don't know what their scholly will be?

The wrestlers that are committing have a verbal athletic scholarship offer from the head coaches. Academic and financial numbers will come later. For example, most coaches request unofficial transcripts and gauge what type of academic money might be available for the wrestlers. The top dogs are offered full rides regardless if academic or financial aid is available.
