From what I understand:

In WI she needs proof of fraud - of which there's none.

Michigan uses paper ballots and already did a recount. No possibility for "hacking"

PA has three different criteria for recounts and this meets none of them.

So if a recount happens, something sketchy AF is going on.

Did all this money come from legit donors? That's what should be audited.

Hell if I know the laws of the subject states. I'm assuming there's a legal basis. I'm not even sure you need a reason in lots of places -- people just get a recount if they want a recount.
