How many people commenting on the document have read it in the past 30 years? 20 years? 10 years? 5 years?

I read it Saturday night.....first time since college. A lot of people commenting on it nationally have no idea what is in it, HS and college kids can not even name Presidents today.

But people are not citing case law, they are hiding behind the constitution. No one that does not even know what is in the document is not going to research case law. People throw around the term unconstitutional like a slogan.

What is obvious about that document: It is not a treaty with foreigners.

There's no point in discussing constitutionality or constitutionally authorized any more. Each side cherry picks for grand standing and virtue signaling, nothing else. It's all fake theater.
