Dude we get it you're a fan. Outside of the Supreme Court it's a given an 86 year old is to old to work a full work day. Doesn't mean they dont have awesome mental acuity. I have family who were sharp well into their 90's. But even they knew they needed help to make life and death decisions and couldn't hold a full time job.

It's freaking genetics the mind and body wear out.

You know what, you’re right. While we are at it we should round up all the 85+ year old folks and off them. It would save the planet from climate destruction but we might lose a few useful folks like Warren Buffett along the way.

I recall reading an opinion that Roberts may have been blackmailed in order to get the Obamacare vote. It was something about his kids being adopted illegally. I didn't give it much credibility at the time but with all the corruption coming to light with the Russia Collusion narrative it wouldn't surprise me. Nor would it surprise me if Roberts were being blackmailed again with the FISA court abuse.

I do think it probably makes sense to have some time limit on SCOTUS, but we don’t. So RGB should be able to stay as long as she can. I almost always disagree with her, but she has the right to be there. Cancer sucks ... I hope she kicks its ass.
