Racism is the belief that a particular race is superior or inferior to another. That belief manifests itself in purporting that a social and/or moral traits are based on biological characteristics. Prejudice and racism are the same in so far as the prejudgement is based on race.
A racist statement is one that generalizes social, moral, or behavioral attributes based on race as in “you can’t blame them, all ————- are lazy.” See DJT comments as examples.

I ask about your 5 and 10 year plans because it's important to have them, or something like them.
I'm genuinely curious to see if you've put any thought toward them.
I'll give you some quick insight that may dovetail into a multi-year plan: try to humanize who you think "we" are... these voices you talk to on the interwebs.
Doing that may lead you to considering motivation for why people say or do things. And while you've been led or coached to say "racism" by people in your tribe, many other reasons exist for people to hold their opinions, other than the color of ones skin.
Honestly, it's likely THE laziest and least reflective motivation you can attribute to someone. (Meaning it takes ZERO smarts to cry racist)
Branch out in your understanding of human psychology. It'll serve you well both looking externally and internally.
And of course you have no meaningful rebuttal - as usual.
