Bringing some of Oklahoma's finest to DC I see. Looks like his flagrant violation of open records act (love that conservative transparency!) has finally resulted in a court order to produce the emails. I can't wait to read them.

Great choice, Biff - keep draining the swamp. Wonder if he'll double down on trying to prevent Colorado from selling weed?

Anything that makes EPA employees cry makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

Since when does flagrant violations of any open records act bother you? 0bama's administration made a living violating them and you were just fine with it.

Elections have consequences. One of which is a blatant and shameless flip in values and convictions for liberals.

Pruit should be held accountable for this if true.

Ahhhh the moral high ground feels like swinging in a hammock in Hawaii being fanned by topless hula girls.

Well, it's a fact and I agree we're watching conservative values in action, just like we see in Oklahoma every day. His accountability is getting a position of leadership in Biff's administration. #drainingtheswamp.

I'm sorry man but I just cannot take you whining about transparency seriously. Mainly because I don't ever remember seeing one criticism toward the lack of transparency of the Obama administration from you, one of the most secretive admins in history.

And another rationalization employed to justify looking the other way! I can't get anyone to say if they're for or against Biff colluding with a foreign government to steal american data, let's try this one -- is it wrong to ignore open records requests?

Nope, just an honest assessment stating I cannot take you whining about transparency seriously due to your track record. You know, the same reasoning you give for not trusting NZ? Or is it that some of the things he provides causes discomfort via cognitive dissonance so you rationalize to look the other way?

The principal distinction between NZ and me is I don't lie. I may not be aware of every story or FOI request made to Obama, but I can read the Daily OK and not misrepresent what is written. If there's a specific FOI request that Obama ignored and it's relevant, fire away. I willingly admit that I'm unaware of whatever you're talking about, but I'm confident there are conservatives all over it.

Fact.

Sys is a shell of who he was just 4 months ago.

He endured a trauma that is taking some time to heal.

Another distinction is that he is pretty damned good at sourcing information and backing it up with research instead of pooping on his keyboard and clicking post reply - as is customary for you.

I'm sorry guys -- Pruitt was totally right, he's demonstrated great judgment by suing Colorado, he's a man of conviction for hiding his emails and ignoring the law, and he's the perfect man for the EPA.

Better? Can I have the secret handshake now?

I'll give you the handshake when you've healed enough to not be do obviously blind to how inconsistent you are in deploying your criticism.

Narrow that range and game on.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that you don't intentionally lie. I also do not believe NZ intentionally lies. In fact, I generally apply this principle to every poster here.

The issue is misinformation and it happens to all of us at some point. Whether it is a case of misinterpretation of a piece, taking poorly presented material at face value then running with it, or being duped by a source one trusts, we've all had the issue and been called on it. This is one reason I disappear for spells from here and am continually frustrated with news. It gets exhausting trying to do your own fact checking. In many cases it's damned near impossible.

I also have a hard time getting to worked up about anything with Trump because.....well, how did I put it to a buddy of mine......There are some things he's done I obviously don't agree with. But the amount of faux outrage if he passes gas in a room full of people has become so exhausting it keeps me from getting to concerned at all about the smell.
