This board says the same things over and over and post links to the same 15 websites, follow the same twitter accounts, and agree pretty much on everything. Maybe it should occur to you that 'NPCs' are on both sides and are being emotionally manipulated all day long by media. If you cruise the same websites, twitter accounts and spend hours a day on the internet week after week after week, you're being manipulated. I'm to the point now, if you vote for R or D, you're a straight sucker and being taken advantage of by aristocrats (deep state, whatever) who do not care about you.

What's been ONE thing Trump has done in the last 4 years that has caused a schism with Trump supporters?

I think this is similar to those that said trump should have just shut up during the debate...allow Biden to talk and screw things up on his own.

The lefts behavior during trumps presidency hasn’t really allowed trump to do anything to screw up significantly as president and change the mind of any trump supporters.

I think that's an issue, intellectually. Obviously, if there's essentially two choices you have to pick one, but I think it's a dangerous intellectual practice to equate lack of decorum on one side to limit your criticism of the other. And I don't think this is a unique issue for either side of the spectrum.

I'm very close to the black community. Eight years under Biden/Obama saw black America poverty go up and home ownership go down. My source is U. S. Census Bureau. Trump has changed this. Black poverty is less and wages are up.

I'll enthusiastically be voting Trump. I'm a contributing member of Blexit. Had I voted for the long-legged Mack Daddy, I'd join WalkAway. WalkAway was founded for Democrats who think for themselves.

Pastor Darrel Scott says Trump is best for black America in his lifetime. I agree.

Amerikan Pravda gloats over RINOs such as John Kasich endorsing segregationist Biden. They refuse to mention activist black lawyer Leo Terrell endorsing the first Republican in his lifetime.

Agree completely....if cities weren’t burning I bet trumps personality would be playing a bigger part

I’ll look for a post by a conservative not agreeing with Trump.

You look for one with a lib veering off the company line.

I’ll start after you find one.

Nah.

I don't think it's fair, when I have 3 posters to search through.

And you have dozens.

I do like this style though, paragraphs are hard.

And what a battlefield that thread became!

I don't think every single poster on here agrees with everything Trump does. But, I think there is a lack of self-awareness if someone thinks the left has the market cornered with easily influenced people who have been radicalized by the internet and echo chambers.

Nah.

I attribute it to bad parenting and public school, college indoctrination.

Tenure for professors should be abolished too.

Just because the left's echo chamber is easier to fall (or harder to get out of) into doesn't mean the right doesn't have their equivalent.

I can't speak for others, but for me...

No effort to legalize marijuana
Doing nothing productive to fix the turd Obama and the Democrats laid on healthcare
Too much pandering to the religious right on abortion
Hiring people like John Bolton

That's off the top of my head. I'm sure there's more.

What I think you might fail to realize is that there are plenty of us here that are much more anti-left than we are supportive of Trump. Unfortunately Trump is the one who's had the balls to speak up.

If you think back to 2016, Republicans actually thought it was a good idea to trot out Bush 3.0. If you can't see how ridiculous the left has become and how unwilling moderate and sane Democrats have been to push back, you're either intentionally obtuse or very naive. Republicans would not have engaged the left without someone like Trump forcing them to.

Good post, and maybe I don't realize that. But, I think there is a substantial number of people that have morphed into backing Trump and champion him, and not just as a tool to defeat modern liberalism. I think those lines have become blurred more than some realize.

I have never voted for a Democrat for POTUS (in a general election) and this isn't likely to be the year I break that seal. I dislike the modern left and vote accordingly, but I think both sides turn a blind eye to their whackos because they(rightly) fear being associated with them. I think going down the rabbit hole of cause and effect or chicken and egg of who is to blame for the root of the problem ignores the results of that problem, and that is the extremely factional society we've become and when there are two factions, I don't really concern myself with whose to blame. Two wrongs and all that.

Thanks for the reply.

I don't think the "left" today resembles anything remotely similar to what I know of liberalism. Quite the opposite. Scarily authoritarian.

I agree with you somewhat on that. Today's "left" isn't a fringe group. They're being elected to public office. I don't see any right wing whackos being elected to public office. Maybe I'm mistaken, but I'm not aware of any self professed skinheads, proud boys, etc, in Congress. I am aware of several (and growing) self professed socialists in Congress pushing leftist nonsense as policy goals like defunding the police, the Green New Deal, reparations, wealth taxes, etc.

Reagan's 2 most glaring errors: 1. Disbanding the Office of Metric Change Over in his first budget. Reagan reasoned we're far enough in the changeover, momentum will carry us. We're now hybrid. Government is metric. The public hybrid. 2. Reopening the overcrowded AM radio band.

Medic007 makes some good criticisms of Trump. Chump change compared to a plantation cracker.

To be clear, I'm not such the perfunctory automaton that I'm blind to Trumps brash, cocky style. But COME ON MAN.
I look at the left and their planned, pined for wholesale destruction of the country and it's easy to stick with him, warts and all.
It's not even close.

Meanwhile, as the #BornFollowers whine about people seeing them for what they are, we have this.

Lol. Sorry dickbreath, your gaslighting doesn't work here.

Meanwhile, Burn Loot Murder and anqueefa continue to burn, loot, and murder. Maybe you missed the BLM gal that tried used her car to try to murder Trump supporters? I'm not sure Rachel Maddow, Don Lemon, or Joy Behar covers stuff like that.

"Stand back and stand by". I like it.
SO.... Trump “denouncing” the Proud Bois is:
  1. Trump gets it and is right
  2. Trump is caving to the Libtards because he is losing
  3. Trump punking the media, everyone knows he supports these racist assholes
Which is it?

Truth can be painful. You have much to unpack. I’ll try and give you space.
Lets unpack that White Guilt. Let it all out you might feel better. Baby steps if you need to we won't laugh, too much.

I don't believe it for one second. Its a faux libtard feeling. Sure it might make you feel better to say you have it but you don't. Pandering at its finest.
