The Democrats will push like hell for it. Fox already saying popular goes to Hillary. Well, NYT isn't showing that. And it's possible Trump gets 305 electoral votes.

I thought I had heard on CNN that they can, legally, call for a recount easily if the margin is under .5%? True?

Supposedly she has conceded.

Hopefully that means no nonsense will ensue.

Each state determines their own recount rules. Usually a 0.5% margin triggers an automatic recount at no cost to the candidate.
In most states, any voter/entity can call for a recount- regardless of the margin of victory.
The catch is that whoever asks for the recount has to pay for the process if the winner does not change as a result of the recount.
