I was discussing with some friends that during the week of the hearing, most Americans got a direct look at how people in Washington are operating, versus hearing/watching through their normal echo chambers.
That only happens a few times a year, maybe, and it can be quite eye opening.
When CNN went live with that reporter in the hurricane faking how hard the wind was and 2 guys strolling by in the background, that is EXHIBIT A in the fact they LIE like MF'ers.
I mean if they are willing to LIE over the weather , for ratings and effect, what do you think they are doing on more serious matters? They have so little respect for the general public they will lie over the weather, they think you are not worthy of the simple facts. I remind people of this example and in this context all the time.
The weather is simple reportable news, completely factual and observable and they lied. If you believe in CNN after lying to you that bad over the weather and have so little respect for yourself? I guess you deserve each other.
