Petitions circulating to get Pot on November ballot

Petitions are being circulated for State Questions 796/797 to get pot on the ballot in November. SQ796 is a constitutional amendment to have marijuana classified a "medicinal herb." SQ797 is recreational pot constitutional amendment. I would have liked to see SQ797 done instead of SQ788.
