Actually, he’s a top 5 hire…but he loves OSU.

I think it’s a phenomenal hire. He is a hard nosed, technical coach thats known for his ability to run a room, lead and develop
It is worth mentioning however that he is 42 years old and hasn’t consistently rolled with his guys everyday in quite awhile. I think we’ll see some help in that department.
