As a retired law enforcement officer living in Southern Cal, knowing what I have learned through my job, I have decided never to visit Mexico again. My wife, also former law enforcement, agrees. Kidnapping wealthy American citizens is a cottage industry down there. That society and corrupt culture is a shithole.
