Why have parks and public space provided by and protected by government if you are allowing permanent individual usage of that space. Legislation like this will eventually be adopted by the Federal government, and when it does, the entire National Park system will collapse.

I also find it amazing how uber lefty environmentalists have no problems with parks and other green spaces being turned into drug bazaars and homeless living quarters, where fecal matter, drug paraphernalia, and all other types of human waste and garbage populate the few green spaces created to combat urban sprawl.
