I get the scientific theory behind this, but it scares me senseless. Human history is chock full of examples of the impact of the unintended consequences of good intentions. Then again, maybe it was growing up 30 years ago listening to the same environmentalists who spout about "climate change" now ,spouting about "acid rain" back then. And now the solution for "climate change" is to create "acid rain".
