I don’t know much about bankruptcy law. I remember a company in OKC that went bankrupt. The company reorganized and ended up paying off their previous debt that had been discharged. They didn’t have to, but they did. I thought that was an honorable thing to do. Made such an impression on me that 30 years later, here I am talking about it. They ended up going out of business, so it’s not a super happy ending.

Are you thinking bankruptcy law needs an overhaul? Or are you just railing against Biff? Or both?

I'm railing against Biff. The bankruptcy code is what it is. Getting in a financial pinch is one thing, a repeated business practice over decades is another.
