Gather up the thermal underwear and warm the seat in the outhouse. This "polar vortex" is for real. First salvo was a 4" snow dump this morning in one hour. I was clearing snow and you could hear the wind coming as the sky cleared. Temps have fallen 10 degrees in 20 minutes headed to lows this weekend of -12 with wind chills approaching -25. Hoping we might chaise the Cali folks home.
