NS - OLD CONVERTIBLE CAR REPAIR

Anyone know someone who would diagnose and potentially repair a 2007 Pontiac Hard Top Convertible G6 that the top hydraulics won't work on? It is stuck in stow mode and can't even open deck to get to top and the hydraulics reservoir.
