Not even a week later and he's abandoning his campaign promises.

Yeah a President of the United States has never done that before. Next.

Still believe everything the MSM tells you?

Wrong again. What he's doing is being presidential like he said he would and is trying to work with everyone. He realizes theres a couple of things that aren't terrible such as pre-existing conditions and keeping those people insured through the transition. Arguing with someone of your IQ is like arguing with a 3 year old. You bring zero logic and whine when you're proven wrong time and time again.

I don't think Trump was many of our first, or even 5th choices. Once it was him vs the c**t though, we had to pick sides. The more idiots like you got sand in your vaginas over him the more I started to like him if not for the only reason that he pissed so many of the elites off.

Now that he won, in sure he will come down a bit. The guy was a democrat his whole life up until 4 years ago or so. He didn't suddenly become conservative. The compelling side of him though is now that he's in, it sounds like he is willing to negotiate, something the current dickhead hasn't done once. And Trump doesn't even need to since he has majorities to work with, but he understands to make something work, you can't simply ram it through along party lines (see Obamacare, or really his entire legacy).

The positions he has walked back a little I'm ok with so far. Especially if he keeps his word and nominates conservative judges.

Certainly different than promising never to post here again if he wins then coming back less than a week later. Oh wait, you're the queen of hypocrisy. Nevermind.

It's not hypocrisy -- I decided to bankrupt it because I'm smart. Just like Trump, except he did it multiple times. (4?)

I don't fully understand the victory lap from the right or the protests and alarmism from the protesters. He hasn't ever bothered to fulfill one single obligation when it becomes inconvenient, as another poster (maj. mike?) articulated in another thread. He's changed parties 5 times since 1987. He's said shit that won't happen, anyone with any life experience knew it, and they're adding up. That he'll say and do whatever to get elected is a foregone conclusion. He's not even pretending to be limited by campaign promises.

You guys won all the eggs. Now let's see what hatches.

Nerdy warlock here to educate you.

See, the problem here is that that is what these people want. They want people losing care immediately, kicked out on the street, suffering, and dying. They want their "I told you so" so badly they are going to criticize every move hoping something drastic is done.

On a positive note we will finally have a media again that does its job by being highly skeptical of government and its actions. We will see the rebirth of investigative journalism. The downside being that all of those things will be the result of an agenda to get their team back in power so they can again swoon and push an unaware populace. And if history is any indication we will see false narratives and manufactured scandals, but that will always be around I suppose.

You believe that a trait that you possess is "smart"? I don't even know how to begin to respond to that. I guess delusional would probably be the best.

But the President did it. It's okay. It's just a business decision.
You're admitting that President Obama isn't smart? Whoa. Never thought I'd see that day. But I'm sure you're talking about President-Elect Trump. You know, since you're smart and all, you'd think you'd know that he's President-Elect and not President yet. I mean, you're smart, right?

syskatine, like 0bama, laughed when Romney stated Russia was the biggest geopolitical foe of the US. He's "that" kind of smart. And he's a bitter sore loser as well. Good luck with him. He's anti gun but owns 30 you know. That kind of smart.
