Apparently Kris Kristofferson died today. Willie is now the last (hiway)man standing.
Sorry, but I just can’t hold KK in the same regard musically as Waylon, Willie, and Johnny Cash. I also don’t think he was that great of an actor, although Heaven’s Gate, Convoy, and the vampire movies were entertaining.
Best tour this year. The dude is 77 and hasn't lost a step. Also signs every item people bring to the stage during the show.
Sammy's a bad ass. Van Halen pushed him over the top though. No if ands or buts about it. Diamond Dave. Yeah.
His red hat said Sammy Made Van Halen great again. Also took some pretty funny shots at Dave.
Having Anthony, Bonham and Satriani in the band is insane.
Without Dave, Sammy would not be where he was. Why take shots at what made you? Its just dumb. I listen to VH every now and then and I listen to Sammy every now and then but never when they combined, its mainstream shit.

Like both, two completely different bands.
Point was he is 77 and puts on a fully live show. Unlike a band like the Eagles who charge crazy amounts of money and lip sync.
I like em both and Sammy still does it like he is 40 and looks 40 as well. He was ok with VH but Eddie did him dirty.
